1. How do I apply?
Submit a Creekside Cooperative Charter School Request for Admission.

2. What is the time line for the application process?
To be eligible for the 2011-2012 random public drawing, you must submit a completed application with required documentation by April 14, 2011. Creekside will conduct its drawing and mail enrollment offers by April 15, 2011. Offers will continue to be sent until all spaces are filled. In order to complete the enrollment process, all students receiving an offer for enrollment (and their parents) must submit all required paperwork and participate in an interview with the Director.

3. Does Creekside Cooperative Charter School accept students who do not live in Placer County?
Yes. Creekside serves students residing in Placer County, and the adjacent counties of Nevada and El Dorado Counties. Proof of residence is required with submission of the Request for Admission.

4. How does Creekside Cooperative Charter School select its students?
We conduct a random public drawing for incoming students.

5. Are there preferences given to any students in the lottery process?
Yes. Siblings of currently enrolled students and children of Creekside teachers are given priority enrollment status when space is available.

6. If my child has an Individual Education Plans (IEP), can I still apply to Creekside Cooperative Charter School?
Yes. Creekside welcomes all types of learners. When submitting your Request for Admission, you must provide a copy of the most current IEP. We will review this document to ensure your child's needs (as outlined in the IEP) are met.

7. If I miss the application deadline, can I still apply?
After the April deadline, Creekside continues to accept Requests for Admission through June 30. After that time, the office is closed until August 1.
